1/2 oz | Simple Syrup |
1/2 oz | Lemon Juice |
2 dashes | Angostura Bitters |

- Strainer
- Citrus Squeezer
- Collins Glass
Recipe
- Combine ingredients except ginger beer.
- Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass.
- Top with ginger beer, garnish with candied ginger and a lemon wheel.
